The newly developed DENSOMAT®-100 can be used both stationary in production halls and mobile on construction sites. It can be used to automatically wrap pipes up to 18 metres in length efficiently and to the highest quality. The self-propelled drive via an environmentally friendly electric motor ensures a high application speed. It guarantees precise winding with a specified overlap width and uniform wrapping tension.

For over 50 years, the wrapping devices from the DENSOMAT® series have guaranteed simple, safe and economical processing of SEALID®, DENSOLEN® and PALIMEX® tapes. The new DENSOMAT®-100 offers highly productive whole-tube winding of different tubes in proven wrapping quality. Thanks to its modular design, it can be easily customised to different pipe sizes according to specific construction site requirements.
