DENSO®-Plast is a cold-applied petrolatum tape that complies with DIN 30672 and DIN EN 12068 standards for corrosion prevention on fittings and flange connections and in pipelines situated underground and in water. Beyond pipeline construction, DENSO®-Plast is used for metal structures, the grounding of lightning rods or pre-pressed anchors.

The innovative DENSOLEN®-AS40 HT is setting a new global standard as a high temperature-resistant single tape system: currently it is the only tape based on butyl rubber. In combination with the innovative <a href="/en/products/product/densolen-pe-butyl-tapes-and-mastics/densolen-primer-corrosion-prevention-primers/densolen-ht100-primer/">DENSOLEN®-HT100 Primer</a>, it achieves outstanding corrosion protection and protection from mechanical loads at operating temperatures of up to +100°C (+212°F) using just one wrapping process. The standard requirement of ISO 21809-3 up to +100°C (+212°F) is achieved and with a further wrapping process, the requirements of EN 12068 and DIN 30672 (C80) are met. Even at very high operating temperatures of +100°C (+212°F), you are getting a highly resistant tape with excellent shear strength.

DENSOLEN®-AS50 is a cold-applied single-tape system for corrosion prevention on metal pipes, offering outstanding economic and qualitative properties. Thanks to the innovative formula, the tapes fuse together in the overlapping area and create a long-lasting hose-type coating.

DENSOLEN®-MB60 is a cold-applied, highly tear-resistant mesh-backed single tape system for the durable corrosion protection of metal pipes and pipelines. Thanks to the highly tear-resistant geotextile fabric, very high lap-shear strength is guaranteed even under difficult conditions, e.g. with increased upward or downward movement of the pipe or during pipeline construction. At the same time, the tape is very flexible, e.g. in the longitudinal direction of the pipe or on welding joints.

DENSOLEN®-N15/-PE5 is a cold-applied two-tape system for corrosion prevention on metal pipes and moulded parts. It is ideal for application on uneven surfaces and complicated geometries. A flexible butyl rubber adhesive layer with a thickness of 1.5 mm allows DENSOLEN®-N15 to adapt optimally to uneven surfaces, even with complicated geometries.

DEKOTEC®-MTS55 HS65<strong> </strong>is a heat-shrinkable sleeve with an extreme shrinking capacity of 65%. It is comprised of a robust electron beam cross-linked polyethylene carrier film and a mastic adhesive.
